Hello, My name is Silas Seamans and I am an Associate  Real Estate Broker. I didn’t realize it until I started making the change to Dalton Wade that just about this time of year ten years ago (Spring 2016) I started taking my real estate course. I had been in the construction business for many years before so it was all brand new. I had to emerse myself into the class to be able to understand the technical parts of real estate. One thing you learn very quickly is writing contracts is only part of this crazy ride of a career we call Real Estate. I was lucky enough to learn under one of my favorite people In the world that has been in the business for almost 50 years. She taught me that above all else being a Realtor is about relationships and that means doing what is right for the people that you are honored enough with which to work.I pride myself on not worrying trying to make the house buying or selling experience an enjoyable one for everyone involved. Finding the right place for someone is not pushing someone to buy or sell a place just so we can get a commission. It's about understanding where your customers/clients are coming from and where they see themselves in the future. I have met many wonderful people in the last ten years and I can’t wait to meet you.
